WorkHack’s primary thesis is visual interfaces are a stopgap for human-machine communication. The lowest friction interface is no interface. Our native behaviour is not of clicking buttons and thinking of menus or getting starry-eyed about transition animations.
How we do things or get other people to do them for us is primarily by conversations (go one level deeper and then maybe just by thinking- neuralink).
The problem is building interfaces over conversations is tough, unless you’re willing to settle for 1-2-3 I don’t Understand Bots as the max. possible delight.
