Whatsapp Templates

Hey!

We reduce the time to go live by standardising the templates we use for your flow and the reminders. A few things to keep in mind when applying templates on your Whatsapp Business Partner.

✅ Make sure the names of the template are the same as the ones listed here. It saves us the effort of configuring everything from scratch.

✅ Line breaks in the format are very intentional. Skip a line between each variable. It makes the templates look cleaner and less cluttered.

✅ To improve the likelihood of getting the templates approved, put grammatically correct samples in English.

✅ If a template is rejected, then apply for another version of it by adding a punctuation mark at the end of the variable. For instance {{1}} vs {{1}}! , and name the template as invite_1A

✅ Keep a track of the approval process and notify us when done!
